Of 23,351 older detached houses checked in the City of Orlando and Lake County, four in five already had one. They come off the list before you ever see it. What's left is what your crew knocks.
ReroofGen and HailTrace both make you book a demo before they'll say a number. Here it is, in writing.
A spreadsheet and a printable sheet, emailed the same day. Street address, year built, home value and size for every house.
No seats, no login, no app for your crew to learn, nothing to cancel.
Not pins scattered across a ZIP. A compact run of houses in one neighborhood, ordered so a crew works it door to door.
Single family homes old enough that the original roof is at the end of its life.
Checked against the City of the city's or county's roof permit records. A house with one on file is removed.
Grouped by street so the route is walkable, then counted. Not padded to a round number.
Yours for ninety days. I don't sell those addresses to another roofer while you work them.
Paid, thank you. Your route is on its way to the email you gave Stripe.
Real routes, not a sample. 23,351 detached houses were checked across the City of Orlando and unincorporated Lake County; 18,505 already had a roof permit and came off. Townhomes and duplex units are not counted at all: there the roof belongs to the association, not the person at the door. Twenty per ZIP are held back as the free sample, the same twenty for everyone who asks. The 2,895 below are cut into 17 routes a crew can work; the rest sit in ZIPs too thin, or too spread out, to make one. Every house carries its street’s re-roof rate, so a crew knows before the first knock whether a street is behaving normally for its age. Pay for a route and it is emailed to you on the spot, and the card here turns to Sold.
Twenty addresses free before you pay anything. Tell me the ZIP your crew works, knock them, decide after.
Tell me the ZIP your crew works. The twenty come back by email, usually the same day. No card, no call.
